In PART II Col. Prince shows how West Point tried to change the name of the annual Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Conference (ODIEO) the day after Trump was elected to his second term. Conference relabeling is in violation of West Point executive orders and has since been dropped. Col. Prince also states that there is no empirical data to support DEI actually has made the military academy better. In fact, he argues that there is data coming that will show that DEI has caused harm, it is not helpful, and is not neutral.
Col. (Ret.) Bill Prince has been a guest on this podcast several times. He is a West Point graduate who served in Vietnam with Ranger and Special Forces units. He subsequently had a career working overseas in many hostile areas with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). He currently serves as the president of the MacArthur Society of West Point Graduates.
